Product introduction

Testing

1, Fixed to the machine on the bench, and then loaded on the needed mold.

2, Connected to the gas source, to open push-and-pull switch, adjust the location of the mold. (When Adjusting,can use the manually presses on the solenoid valve).

3, Plug in the AC power supply AC220V, power plug auto transformer for DC DC24V,
 input control box to adjust the pressure of the pressure relief valve on the pressure reduction value "pressure adjustment" adjusted trial pressure (5kg). At this point,
 the mold would rise to the top dead center (this designed primarily for the safety of the staff).

4, Open the control box power switch, press the manual switch to see the power indicator lights and counters. 
Press the pedal control switch then the mold will decrease, when the cylinder completely dropped, then know that the fine tuning probably stroke, 
and then adjust the stroke, come and go several times, adjustable good upper and lower mold stapling position.

5, Next put the workpiece on the mold for testing, if the pressure is too low, adjustable pressure reduction value, 
(clockwise to increase pressure, counterclockwise to decrease the pressure) until you have adjusted to the desired pressure, 
and then adjust parts of downward pressure on the pressure relief valve (can be locked).

Stroke Adjustment

Loose the two locking screws behind of the plate column,screw the middle screws until the support plate can rotate. 
Then turn the hand wheel can adjust the up and down stroke.

Pressure Adjustment

  Pull up to the upper end of the regulator gently clockwise to turn up the pressure, clockwise opposite, adjusted to the pressure is considered satisfactory,
 and locking in order to avoid the pressure change. The operation is simple and convenient..

Time Adjustment

 (turn off the power first, gently regulation, excessive force can damage the time relay.)

The time relay small round box can set the corresponding time according to the product.

Counter

User-friendly points, one business day down, as soon as look at the counter, you can know the volume of production. 
Counter can save data when the power outages and the power is turned off, press the middle of the black button on the counter can be reset to 00000.

Automatic drainage

Close sliding switch, the water of the cup will automatically shoot.

Emergency stop
