Automatic Fiber Connector Curing Oven, auto alarm and pneumatic push out mechanism prevents over heating.

Main Features:
Fully automated operation, timer controlled. Once the tempeture and heating time are set the heating tray will be ejected when time is up to avoid overheating.
Timer controlled alarm, to notify the operator when the heating time is up.
Total of 30 connectors can be placed for heating at the same time.
Modular heating trays that hold all types of connectors, one oven fits all.
Two horizontal heating trays are for heating ferrules of 2.5mm and / or 1.25mm.
The vertical heating block is for SM coonectors.
Ferrule heating plates can be supplied subject to demand of specific outer jacket and
varied type of connectors.
Individual heating timing control, the alarm will remind operator when heating is done,
the auto pusher will secure heating quality.
